My name is Olga Dombrovska

I am a certified mindfulness instructor, meditation coach, and balanced lifestyle expert with over 10 years of mindfulness practice. I studied at the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation and specialise in mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT-L), stress management, and emotional resilience.

I combine traditional meditation practices with modern psychology, offering a science-backed, practical approach to mindfulness.

 

My mission is to help individuals and organisations integrate mindfulness into daily life for greater well-being, focus, and resilience.
